SHIPPING

Complimentary shipping on orders within Australia.

Shipping to all other countries: A flat rate shipping fee of $20AUD for all other countries ($30AUD for the Middle East)

Orders are generally dispatched within 2-3 business days. Orders are shipped with Auspost and DHL ecommerce and require a signature on delivery (except deliveries to PO Boxes). We cannot ship to PO Boxes outside of Australia.

Estimated delivery time frames:

Australia: 2-5 business days

International: 5-10 business days

Delivery timeframes stated are for metro areas, please allow 1-2 additional days for all other areas. Please note customs or courier delays may occur and can affect the delivery timeframe.

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. If for any reason you do not receive the email please contact enquiry@hotelporos.com

International orders are subject to duties and taxes (DDU) determined by the country to which they are shipped. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient to pay upon delivery and are not included in the product(s) price. It’s important to contact your local customs office for further information and an estimate of these costs before placing your order. If you refuse to pay duties and taxes held on an order by customs, you are responsible for the return shipping charges and/or any other additional charges incurred, in order to receive a refund. Any delay in paying these customs fees will result in a delay in delivery of your order.



RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We accept refunds on all our pieces within 10 days of your item/s being delivered as long as the following conditions are met:

  1. The item/s must be in original condition, with all tags and stickers attached. 

  2. Item/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way.

  3. For hygiene reasons, swimwear returns must have only been tried on over underwear.

You only need to return the piece/s you wish to return.

The shipping cost incurred for returning item/s to Hotel Poros for a refund are not covered or reimbursed by us.

To initiate a return please email enquiry@hotelporos.com and we will allocate a Returns Authorisation (RA) number for you within 24 hours. Please note we can not be held liable for any loss of item/s being returned. We recommend using a registered postal service for all returns.

EXCHANGES

Australian exchanges : please note return postage is to be paid by the customer. We will however cover the cost of shipping your new item out to you. Once we receive your return item/s the exchange will be processed within 48 hours.

For exchange please email enquiry@hotelporos.com with your request. Including information such as your full name, order number and which item and size you wish to exchange for.

International exchanges : We do not offer international exchanges, the best method is to return the item you wish to exchange for a refund and repurchase the correct size or item on hotelporos.com.

If you do receive damaged goods, or have a manufacturing fault occur, please contact us immediately at enquiry@hotelporos.com so we can personally assist you and resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
